The 17,000M2 torus-shaped building is clad with stainless steel and is being meticulously designed through BIM at every stage. Planned to be a low-carbon civic building from concept, sustainable innovations are used throughout the build including; passive solar architecture, parametric design energy and water recovery and harvesting.
The curved walls of the interior compliment the elliptical shapes that define this design. Created using Hadley interior SFS infill, 2000M2 of lightweight walling reflects the building promise of innovation and product leadership throughout the Gulf region.
2,000M2 of Hadley Internal walling
Unique curved shape
ASTM Certified, ACDC approved
Two hour fire performance
Improved acoustic properties
There is a significant saving in Main Contractor Time Related Preliminaries when using The Hadley Steel Frame compared to traditional blockwork. The magnitude of this potential cost saving is largely driven by a shorter overall construction duration.
