Hadley Industries Middle East has been shaping the future of steel frame systems in the Middle East since 1996. We are part of the UK-based Hadley Group, which has been a beacon of excellence in British steel construction for over 50 years.
Our steel frame systems are locally manufactured in the UAE, drawing on half a decade of British engineering excellence. This means you can take advantage of our bespoke construction solutions without having to worry about international logistics. All our solutions are designed and manufactured in accordance with the highest British industry standards.

We are a proud member of the Steel Construction Institute (SCI), a leading source of engineering expertise all around the world for over 30 years. SCI accredited products let you know that you are receiving products and services that have been independently assessed, and comply with appropriate construction standards. Our light steel framing has SCI/NHBC Stage 1 System Certification which gives you confidence in the structural strength, stability, and durability of our products.

It’s vital that all building projects meet the very best design and construction standards. Hadley Industries Middle East fully complies with the National House Building Council (NHBC), the United Kingdom’s largest inspector of building regulations which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This ensures you are benefiting from a design and manufacturing process you can trust.
When you purchase cold rolled steel products you need the confidence you will get products that are rolled to the tightest tolerances and cut to the appropriate lengths for your projects. That’s why all our bespoke designs are certified to UK’s leading construction standard, the British Board of Agrément (BBA) established in 1966.

Even in times of recession, like that experienced in the 1970s, we have forged ahead. This experience helped us weather the storms of today’s uncertain economic outlook. Not only that but we continue to grow as the premier supplier of steel framing systems in the UAE and Middle East.
Bringing building design into the future
We use innovation, extensive R&D, and our decades of industry experience to improve the efficiency and precision of cold rolled steel frame systems; limit weight, eliminate waste, and reduce carbon emissions.
Our patented UltraSTEEL process has made all this possible, as well as ensuring construction times are shortened, critical paths are streamlined, and that site traffic, on-site wet trades are minimised. UltraSTEEL has twice been awarded the Queen’s Award for Excellence (in 2006 and 2014).
We offer specialist in-house technical development and can help you prototype new products in short runs to allow for testing and refinement, and then scale up the manufacturing volume to order.
The power of steel frame systems
Our steel frame systems have been shown to be far more cost effective than the traditional blockwork that is so common in Dubai and the UAE. We partnered with leading construction consultants Faithful+Gould to produce a cost-effectiveness analysis of steel frame systems vs blockwork and the results were significant. Faithful+Gould found that Hadley steel frame systems are quicker to install than blockwork by up to 14 weeks, are less labour intensive, and offer major reductions in waste, embodied carbon, logistics, and on-site wet trades.
Bringing British industry standards to the Middle East
One of the benefits of working with Hadley is the knowledge that we comply with all industry-leading British steel and construction standards. We have a close working relationship with British Gypsum, Britain’s leading supplier of gypsum based plaster and drylining products. This has ensured that we develop drywall construction methods that comply with the latest regulations including necessary fire, thermal and acoustic requirements.

Coca Cola Arena, Dubai
We helped global architectural firm Populous design and deliver Dubai’s iconic Coca Cola Arena. This arena is a highlight of Dubai’s City Walk neighbourhood and can support 190 tonnes of production equipment, making it host to some of the biggest and best shows in the world. Find out more.
Masdar City, Abu Dhabi
Our Hadley Steel Frame System formed part of the airtight building envelope of Masdar City, one of the most sustainable urban developments in the world. The structural work which we contributed to resulted in 63% reduction in total energy consumption, and the site is home to the International Renewable Energy Agency. Find out more.
Mall of Oman, Muscat
Hadley contributed 3,150M2 of continuous walling to the Mall of Oman, which won the Commercial Project of the Year award in 2017. We partnered with lead consultant AECOM to provide our specialist services in the total design coordination and procurement process. Our in-house BIM design service was central to this project.
